•  Introducing ‘Top Gun’ – a sector specific Sales Training Program designed to equip     Sales & Marketing Managers with the right techniques in boosting performance with      a combination of the SPIN & the OPPEC Techniques.

•  Developed a unique model for transformational training for Executives in medium and     large-sized multi-unit organizations called “The Synergized Positive Action Workshop”   ‘SPAW’ which was accepted for introduction in selected PSUs under the Kerala Govt.    by the Restructuring & Internal Audit Board of the Department of Industries, Govt. of     Kerala.
