Mr. V.X Sequeira
He founded Maestro in June 2002 as a Corporate Training Company. A Graduate in Economics from Guruvayoorappan College, Calicut, he was the former Calicut University and South India Weightlifting champion. His all round abilities have seen him win in industry which is evident in his proven track record of being very successful and a result oriented manager, yet remaining an excellent boss. He is widely respected across Pharmaceutical sector, having served as a DM in CFL Pharmaceuticals for 30 years, bagging the Best Manager Award – All India, in the 1990s. As the Chairman & Managing Director of Maestro, he is responsible for strategy, decisions and processes. 
Mr. Mark Antony Sequeira
Mark is an alumni of Loyola College (Autonomous) Chennai. He is a University of Cambridge certified Trainer who has conducted many attitudinal and skill development workshops for organizations and professional institutions in India and abroad. He is a specialist in Top Management Workshops, Sales Training, Leadership & Team Building and since 2002, he has facilitated developmental change through his training initiatives for numerous companies across sectors in India and abroad.

Prof. R.K Vijayakrishnan
He did his PG in Personnel Management from the School of Management Studies, CUSAT. He has undergone advanced training in Management at the Department of Management Studies, Leeds University, UK, under the Colombo Plan. He has over 35 years of experience in middle and senior Management positions in Industry and Media. He was GM - Personnel at FACT, the premier Central Govt. Undertaking in Kerala. He was GM – HRD of Mathrubhumi. He was the Regional Coordinator of Kerala for ICFAI National Colleges, holding charge of 13 centers at various locations. He has developed a unique model for transformational training for Executives in medium and large-sized multi-unit organizations called “The Synergized Positive Action Workshop” [SPAW] which was accepted for introduction in selected PSUs under the Kerala Govt. by the Restructuring & Internal Audit Board of the Department of Industries, Govt. of Kerala.
Prof. Vijayakrishnan has held ex-officio positions in various professional bodies such as:

- ► Secretary, Calicut Management Association
- ► Chairman, Calicut Group of the National Institute of Personnel Management.
